Desired Growth is designed with privacy as its foundation. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. Everything stays on your device.
Data We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect your name, email address, or any personal identifiers
- We do not collect location data
- We do not collect usage analytics or behavioural data
- We do not collect health or fitness data beyond what you enter locally
- We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs
Data Stored Locally
All data you enter into Desired Growth — including profiles, tasks, hydration logs, and weight entries — is stored exclusively on your device using iOS and Android local storage. This data never leaves your device unless you choose to share it.
QR Code Transfer
The app allows task data to be transferred between devices via QR code. This transfer happens directly between devices with no data passing through any server. Only the information visible in the QR code is shared, and only when you choose to scan it.
Camera Access
The app requests camera access solely for the purpose of scanning QR codes to receive task data. Camera access is not used for any other purpose and no images are captured or stored.
Children's Privacy
Desired Growth is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 18 years of age.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
